I've had it for a few weeks, and so far, working great, with a few caveats. I use Senseo brand coffee pads and they fit perfectly in the ground coffee basket. The temperature adjustment is really handy as well. For the Senseo brand pads I adjusted the temperature to 202f at 5oz and it brewed perfectly but not always consistently. I also have an off-brand coffee pad from Italian Coffee that is smaller and managed to barely fit it into the espresso basket by wetting it slightly. The espresso basket does have a tendency to pop out of place so be sure to seat it properly. It came out perfect with a nice crema. Again at 202f but with a 3oz measurement but will do 5oz for an Americano. I also made loose leaf tea using the K-Cup basket and that came out really good. YMMV for tea. I tried making espresso with fine ground (high quality) coffee and that didn't work at all (but honestly didn't expect much as that's not what I bought it for). I'm a fan of Nespresso and bought Starbucks brand espresso ones to try. I used the 3oz setting and it came out good and strong which I made into a cappuccino (see pic). Then used 4oz which came out more like an Americano. It's perfect for Nespresso capsules. I actually enjoyed brewing with the capsules better than fooling with the coffee pads. The only draw back, it's loud and vibrates, but using heavier cups helps. I think the drip tray leaves something to be desired. Otherwise I hope this machine lasts many years because I'm already enamored with its small footprint and versatile design. Also, you don't need a PhD to work this machine. Just do a little research and play with it. Coffee and tea are meant to be enjoyed. Why not try to make it the best tasting experience possible. If you want to just make basic coffee, get a can of Folgers and a regular drip coffee machine or a jar of instant coffee and boil some water, instead of giving low ratings to features that coffee enthusiasts really appreciate. By the way, my biggest but not tallest coffee mug fits (see pic) with the espresso/ground coffee adapter so don't be turned away by the cup size limit in the pics. Also you can tip your cup slightly so the lip clears the nipple, for the adapters that hang a tad lower.
