A mild mix of spices that doesn't overdo it. Complements the venison and doesn't try to replace it with too much of one spice, this one is just right which makes it a top-selling seasoning. You can substitute the pork trimming with Fat Replacer if you wish. Uses Insta Cure No. 1, and is generally stuffed into a synthetic fibrous casing (Insta Cure No. 1, and casings sold separately). *Seasonings may clump over time due to the fact that we don't add any unnecessary extra chemicals or preservatives to our seasoning formulas. If this does occur, simply break up the seasonings by hand.
