Received a recommendation from Amazon to try Bishops Coffee. I'm always interested in finding a good bean to use in both my french press or in a simple drip. What a delight it was to taste the Ethiopian Yirgacheffe. The flavor and aroma were an absolute delight. I am happy to recommend this to any gourmet coffee lover. I also look forward to trying the range of blends offered by Bishops Coffee.My husband and I have been getting these coffee beans at a local grocery store about an hour away from where we live. Not only is it efficient that I can order them straight to my door, I can have that coffee shop coffee in the morning before work. 10/10 definitely recommend.Love this coffee! It has a smooth, not bitter, flavor and rich taste. Will be buying again and again!I like that this company uses a method of roasting that produces a coffee bean with low acidity.
